Premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena curated from selected Italian wine cellars and matured in Oak and Chestnut casks for a minimum of 2 months. Our Balsamics are made from cooked grape must from a variety of Italian grapes including Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni. This specialty product has a sweet and sour and slight fruity and wood aroma and has a spicy chili flavor infusion.

Our Chili flavored Balsamic adds just the right amount of savory heat to pretty much everything and is excellent for use on meats, salads and rice dishes. Pairs well with our Cilantro, Garlic and Jalepeno infused Extra Virgin Olive oils.
