Our Balsamics are made from cooked grape must from a variety of Italian grapes including Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni. This specialty product has a sweet and sour and slight fruity and wood aroma and has a garlic and cilantro flavor infusion.
